Hasan Dandashly

President and Chief Executive Officer

Hasan Dandashly is President and Chief Executive Office of the Dematic Operating Unit and an active member of the KION Group Executive Committee. He joined the company in 2018.

Hasan brings more than 25 years of global leadership experience with demonstrated capabilities in full-cycle profit and loss management, operations excellence and strategy execution through methodical business and culture transformation.

He joined Dematic from General Electric where he was President and CEO, Oil & Gas Surface since 2017 after having served as President and CEO, Downstream Technology Solutions. Prior to this, Hasan held various international executive roles at GE’s Industrial, Transportation, and Power Generation businesses, beginning in 1998. These included general management positions at GE’s subsidiaries in Italy, UAE, Qatar, and the U.S. Before joining GE, Hasan led engineering teams at Honeywell Industrial Automation and Honeywell Avionics.

Hasan holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Lebanese American University and a master’s degree from the University of Minnesota.

Jeff Moss

Executive Vice President, International

Jeff Moss joined the Dematic Group Leadership Team as Executive Vice President of Global Project Engineering in January 2014. Most recently, Jeff served as EVP of Mechanical Solutions & SCi (Supply Chain intelligence) for the North American region. Prior to this role, Jeff served as the SVP of Integrated Systems and performed as a consultant to Dematic North America before formally joining Dematic in June of 2010.

Before joining Dematic, Jeff was the CEO for US Energia, LLC in Wixom, MI, did several consulting assignments for top CEOs in various industries, was a GM at Utica Enterprises and the President and COO of DCT, Inc. in Sterling Heights, MI. Prior to these roles, he was co-founder and president of Utilase, Inc., an advanced laser cutting & welding business and held other progressively challenging roles within the welding industry. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Welding Engineering from The Ohio State University, a diploma in Strategy and Innovation with Distinction, Said Business School, Oxford University, and has held a number of positions with various industry and educational boards.
Frank Herzog

Frank Herzog

Executive Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer

Frank Herzog was born in 1966 and is a German national. He graduated as a Diplom-Kaufmann from the WHU Koblenz and received an MBA degree from the University of Texas. After completing his university education, he started his career in 1994 as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs, where he spent 8 years working in various roles in Frankfurt, London and New York.

In 2001, Frank Herzog joined Rothschild in London, where he worked as a Corporate Finance Advisor for 9 years before moving to Citigroup. Frank Herzog joined KION Group on October 1, 2012, in order to manage its planned IPO and assumed a position as Head of Corporate Finance with responsibility for financing, treasury, M&A and investor relations with the successful listing of the KION Group in June 2013. Frank joined Dematic as the Chief Financial Officer in 2016.
Scott Watts

Scott Watts

Executive Vice President, North America

Scott Watts, previously Senior Vice President Project Management North America and Global Tools, has become Executive Vice President North America. Scott brings a combination of financial strength and technical operations leadership to his role. After beginning his career in public accounting, he followed his passion into the leadership of technical business units.

For over 20 years Scott has led engineering, operations and professional service organizations in the automotive, telecom and transportation industries. He holds a Bachelor's degree in accounting from Central Michigan University and an Masters in Business Administration from Michigan State University’s Advanced Management Program.
Rainer Buchmann

Rainer Buchmann

Managing Director Central Europe

Rainer Buchmann serves as SVP and Managing Director of Central Europe. He first joined Dematic in 1985.

Rainer has more than 21 years of management experience across the globe in the supply chain and logistics industry. He most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer for SSI SCHÄFER with global responsibility for all aspects of project delivery. Rainer also has a previous history at Dematic, serving as manager of international operations, and then member of the Board for Siemens Dematic. At that time, he oversaw all European, Middle Eastern and South African Dematic subsidiaries.

Rainer holds a Diplom-Ingenieur in mechanical engineering from Technische Hochschule Darmstadt (Germany).
Bernard Biolchini

Bernard Biolchini

Managing Director Southern Europe

Bernard Biolchini came to Dematic in June 2014 and brings a broad knowledge of sales and technology expertise from top global companies encompassing Southern Europe and Africa.

Bernard comes to Dematic with a Masters in Business Administration and an extensive background in mechanical engineering and international business. Before joining Dematic, Bernard has been involved in a variety of senior leadership roles for over 12 years. From his broad international experience, he has successfully driven prominent roles in sales, general management and managing director positions.

With a strong and diversified focus in the technology sector, Bernard most recently joins Dematic from AMD, where he served as the general manager for the Middle East, Turkey and Africa. Prior to that, he resided as the EMEA president at Invensys Controls Europe, which was followed by his role as European Senior Sales Director for enterprise accounts with Hewlett-Packard.
Andy Blandford

Andy Blandford

Managing Director Northern Europe

Andy Blandford is Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Northern Europe. He joined Dematic in 2018.

Andy has led start-ups, turnarounds and rapid growth for businesses around the world. He is a builder and leader of global, functionally diverse teams inspiring them to execute and deliver outstanding results. Andy has more than 25 years of leadership experience in capital goods including materials handling, construction equipment and agricultural equipment. His functional experience covers sales, marketing, after-sales, manufacturing, product design/development and HR.

Before joining Dematic, Andy undertook several consulting assignments for industrial clients and was formally Vice President, CASE Construction Equipment (CE), EMEA at the $27B NYSE-quoted company, CNH Industrial. In this position, Andy was responsible for all aspects of CASE CE’s $650M business for 116 countries in the EMEA region. He joined CASE CE following an eight-year period with AGCO Corporation in the USA and Europe. Whilst at AGCO, he served initially as VP, Operations, North America and later as VP, Sales and Marketing for both Central/Eastern Europe and APAC. Prior to AGCO, Andy spent 12 years with the UK-based global manufacturer of construction equipment, JCB Excavators Ltd. in a variety of senior leadership positions. Andy joined JCB from the leading global materials handling company, Linde MH.

Andy has a B.Eng. (Hons.) in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire (UK) and has completed the Global Leadership Program at Manchester Business School (UK).

Glen Borg

Managing Director ANZA
(Australia & New Zealand/Southeast Asia)

Since joining Dematic as an engineering graduate in 1987, Glen Borg has had leadership roles in production engineering, purchasing, manufacturing and supply chain planning. He then moved into sales and sales management before heading up consulting for Asia Pacific and becoming the General Manager of the company’s Logistics Systems Division in ANZ.

Glen has extensive knowledge and experience in the materials handling industry and is widely regarded as one of Asia Pacific’s leading logistics and supply chain practitioners. Through his broad international experience in logistics IT and automated solutions, he has designed and developed some of the region’s most respected systems and solutions.
Pete Devenyi

Pete Devenyi

SVP, Global Product and Solution Management

Pete Devenyi serves as SVP, Global Product and Solution Management. He was named to this position in 2018.

Pete brings more than 20 years of executive leadership experience in logistics, e-commerce and telecommunications to the positon. He started at Dematic in 2014 as Vice President, Global Software Development and most recently held the role of Vice President, Software Development within the KION CTO Organization. Before joining Dematic, Pete was Senior Vice President, Enterprise Software at BlackBerry, having led enterprise software for the company for almost a decade. Prior to BlackBerry, he held executive software engineering positions at BCE Emergis and the Descartes Systems Group, and spent nearly 10 years at IBM in a variety of technical and management roles.

He holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Toronto.
